SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Australia
Australia Post handle most of our orders with the exception of wholesale orders which will be sent via Courier with a signature required. 

Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be shipped on the following business day.

Standard Post Shipping:
All orders include Standard Post Shipping at no additional cost.

 

Express Post Shipping:

To ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, you can select Express Post shipping at a cost of $14.00 and Tracking provided.


Express Post should take 1-3 business days unless the customer is located outside the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Network.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, there may be occasions when the item shown may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you and issue a full refund. 

Returns for refund will only be accepted if returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable only for manufacturing issues or faulty products.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
